Free Online Classes
We are thankful for the chance to continue sharing the benefits of martial arts, and are now providing a FREE once weekly class to the members of the West San Fernando Valley community.
No prior experience necessary.
Even when physical classes were not available due to the unprecedented Coronavirus outbreak, my stamina and strength continued to improve as a result of daily online classes. Ultimately I can say I am more than glad that I returned, not only because I can clearly self-identify an increase in confidence, discipline, perseverance, fighting spirit, and physical abilities in myself, but also because I have reconnected with a community which uplifts and pushes me to be my best. – Yvette T.

Mrs. Catherine Marcelino comes from a family of Taekwondoins. Her uncle was a member of the first Philippine National Taekwondo Team and a bronze medalist in the 1st Asian Taekwondo Championships in 1974. Her brother was a gold medalist in the Asian Taekwondo Championships and her two sisters were both members of the national team.
Mrs. Marcelino started Taekwondo at the school owned by her family. Prior to joining Taekwondo, she enjoyed watching the children practice at their gym and often imitated their movements. She was too shy to join the class at that time. She decided to formally begin Taekwondo after her brother won the gold medal in the Asian Championships.
She became a member of the Philippine National Team and served as the women’s team captain for 8 years.
